I paid 69 for a diagnostic report. But they have not given me the report despite several requests. Contacted Volvo head office and they have requested this off the dealer 3 times over to no response. Avoid this centre if possible by all means and check other negative responses on here.To further chase this though the motor ombudsman and further. Poor service.
Zero customer service, no commitment to schedule, unprofessional, over priced.Sad, Volvo is a great car, a great brand but not true of this dealership ... drive further for quality service
