called in last week for fruit and veg, was asked how my day was by member of staff (Kieron ?) i replied 'better if you'd had all the veg i wanted' at that he asked another (as friendly) member of staff to check out the back and i managed to purchase everything on my list. I've always found the staff to be super polite and friendly. Thank You

I alway try to get to BP garages for necter points lol. But this has a M&S which I think is best food ever. Always busy so proves my point lol
Just been in this store and I was totally disgusted. Cashier called "Richard" was using a cloth for cleaning his nose he had previously used to wipe down costa coffee area, then just before serving he picked his nose with his finger!!! This is so wrong on so many levels. He is touching people's groceries for starters, and could pass on germs. What a disgusting person. Needless to say I ditched my basket and walked out! Totally unacceptable behaviour. I'm never going in there again.
