Post office claims to be open at 7am but the person responsible could not be bothered to interrupt his/her activity in the back of the shop to serve customers. I was told 5-10 minutes; after waiting that time it turned out it was at least another 10 minutes and so on- customer service simply not important enough for this shop, not even during the Christmas period where sending packages is quite crucial!The saga continues. I went back at 10am only to be served by the person who told me in the morning that he could not help me! he posted one parcel (Hoorray!) but the other parcel was 8 grams (!) over the 2 kg mark at which point I was told to go back to the main post office in Sevenoaks. These processes need serious reviews!
