After booking 10 classes and spending over 100 for my sons swimming lessons the classes were initially quite fun. My son was unwell on a few occasions and so i was unable to attend. When I called to inform them that I couldn't attend they said it's fine as you can have credits added to your account and catch up with the lesson whenever it suited. Turns out today when i called them that you can only have these catch up classes if you continue paying a further membership, booking another course!! Rude lady, poor service, misleading and frankly a disgrace. I will be discouraging friends from booking onto this company. Money grabbing scam artists.
